Inquiry & Evaluation
After receiving your inquiry, we will review your project request and return your call or email within 24 hours or the next business day. (Please note that fit is important to us. The scope of the project, location, budget, and timelines play a large role in determining if we can accommodate your request).
Initial Meeting
If we are the right fit for your project, the next step is to book an initial meeting. This is where we get to know you, and understand exactly what you are looking to accomplish. At this time we can provide you with a brief overview of the process related to your project, discuss timelines, and outline exactly what you can expect. During this meeting we also ask that you bring along your wish list for your project. Any inspiration photos you have gathered can be provided to us at this time.
Site Visit
After our initial meeting, we like to schedule a site visit. This gives us the opportunity to see your lot that you wish to build on, or home you wish to renovate in person. Prior to this meeting, we will have done our homework to learn of any building restrictions specific to your lot, or limitations with renovations that need to be discussed. At this visit we formally introduce you to the architect that will be working on your project.
Drawings / 3D Renderings / Virtual Walk throughs
Once the site visit is complete, drawings are then done up for you via the architect. A presentation is provided for you for your approval. Once drawings are complete, if 3D renderings or a virtual walk through are required, they can be done so at this time by us.
Permits & Booking Construction
Once final revisions have been made, all necessary permits will be applied for by the architect. As soon as the town provides approval, construction can be booked.
